Keep it up man, I was at 5'10" 320lbs and I dropped all the way down to 187lbs. The main thing is to stay on track. If you fall off don't say "fuck it" and give up. Just tell yourself it's no big deal and get back on track asap. I fell off a few times and what should have taken 10 months ended up taking 2 years.

Kiora steam! Just made a account so I can comment on this thread, although I should have anyway. Been lurking for the last couple of days.

Anyway, I'm in a similar boat. Just trying to shred off the gut and slight man tits, it's hard but damn fun.

When it comes to diet I've just transitioned to the 20 hour fast, only because it seems to tie into my schedule more. I've tried eating every four hours and I felt inclined to buy crap food..Which I did. If I fast, only eat cooked meals within four hours I seem to handle myself more (I don't have much tolerance, but when it comes to starving myself I will only drink water!)

Anyway, I'm liking the progress you have made. Looks very promising! With all the diet suggestions, there is no real holy grail. Just go which ever one you get best results with. which usually happens to be the one you stick to the best. Keep up the fantastic work buddy! I'll be keeping an eye on this thread anyway. :)

I think 4-6 meals every 3 hours might be the best bet. Your metabolism speeds up like crazy. But nice job with the weight loss Steamroller! :) Do you got a bodyspace at bodybuilding.com?

I want to share with you some of my habits, they could come in handy.

- Eat lots of fibers from brown grains, vegetables and fruits.

- Get Alcaline drinks.
